How To Pay

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, cheque, money order or direct deposit.  Please allow 4 days clearing for personal cheques.  

Schools, TAFE's, Colleges and Universities can order on account.  Simply send us a purchase order and we'll send you an invoice with your order.


Delivery Details (within Australia)

We aim to dispatch all orders we receive by 3pm (Sydney time) the same day if the items are in stock.  We'll contact you with an estimated time of delivery for items that are not in stock.  The following freight charges apply for delivery within Australia:

1-4 items - $10.95
5 or more items - $14.95

Orders may also be collected from our office at Level 6, Suite 105, 330 Wattle St, Ultimo in Sydney.  Please contact us first to check availability of stock before picking up orders.

Delivery Details (to New Zealand)

We aim to dispatch all orders we receive by noon (New Zealand time) the same day if the items are in stock.  We'll contact you with an estimated time of delivery for items that are not in stock.  The following handling charges apply for delivery to New Zealand:

1-4 items - $19.95
5 or more items - $45.00

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery to New Zealand.

Eligibility

Some products we sell are only available to students, teachers, educational institutions and not-for-profit organisations.  This includes products from Adobe, AutoDesk, Corel, FileMaker, Microsoft, Nuance, Pinnacle, Sibelius, Sony, and Steinberg.  Valid student/teacher ID must accompany all non-school orders.  Check individual products for information regarding eligibility requirements.
