What is the difference between the products offered on this Web site and the commercial versions of these products?
Nothing. Aside from the price, these products are functionally identical to the commercial versions.  However the products cannot be used for commercial purposes.  As a qualified educational customer, you are eligible to purchase from us at the discounted pricing. 

Is this software a legal, licensed copy?
Yes. We are an authorized educational reseller for the products on our website. Once you register your software, you will be in full compliance with software copyright regulations. 

Who is qualified to buy from our website?
You need to be a registered student to receive educational pricing.  Full-time, part-time and external students are all eligible.  After you graduate or are no longer registered as an active student, you will not qualify for educational pricing.  Teachers, lecturers, and educational institutes can also purchase from our website.  Non-profit organisations are eligible to purchase some products from us.  Click here for more details on eligibility requirements.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders we receive by 3pm AEST the same day if the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock we can normally get it in within 24-48 hours.  We'll contact you with an estimated time of delivery if your order is not expected to ship within 48 hours.  

Can products be returned?
Some products may be returned for a refund or credit within 15 days of purchase provided the package has not been opened and is in resalable condition.  Software that has been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.  Please contact us before returning any product.  A restocking fee may apply on returned orders.  The purchaser is liable for the cost of return freight and insurance.  The original shipping fee is non-refundable. 

What's the difference between Adobe Student/Teacher Editions and Adobe Retail Editions?
Nothing, except for who can purchase them.  Adobe Student/Teacher editions are full versions but can only be purchased by students, teachers or staff who are attending or working at a TAFE, University, College, High School or Primary School.  Student/Teacher Editions don't come with a serial number and in order to receive a serial number, individuals must provide Adobe with proof that they are eligible to purchase the software. eg copy of student ID card, letter from the educational institute or recent payslip etc
