Shipping Information

Our office will be closed from 24th December and reopen again on 3rd January from 9am.  Any orders placed online during this time will be processed when we reopen in January.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

We aim to dispatch all orders we receive by 3pm (Sydney time) the same day (Monday-Friday) if all the items you have ordered are in stock. If an item is not in stock we can normally get it in within 1 to 2 business days.  We'll contact you with an estimated time of delivery if your order is not expected to ship within 2 business days.

Orders that contain downloads are NOT instant.  They are usually processed within 1 business day but may take longer depending on the product ordered.

Delivery is $10.95 per order (excluding download only orders).

We ship most orders with Australia Post eParcel. All orders must be signed for.  If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. It is not possible for a parcel to be left without a signature.

Orders may be collected from our office at Level 6, Suite 119, 330 Wattle St, Ultimo in Sydney between 9am and 5:15pm Monday to Friday.   Please place your order online, by phone or email and we'll contact you once your order is ready to collect.  Please wait until you are contacted before picking up your order.
